Check Out Policy & Payment Deadlines
- Each group-buy batch has a fixed payment deadline shown on the live countdown timer.
- Orders must be paid in full via GCash, Maya, or Bank Transfer before the batch closes.
- Unpaid slots are automatically released once the countdown ends, so pay promptly to secure your items.
- Upload a clear screenshot of your proof of payment and enter the reference number at checkout — orders ship once payment is verified by our team.
Refund & Replacement Guidelines
- Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery via the Feedback page.
- Attach clear photos and a short video of the item and packaging as proof for evaluation.
- Approved replacements ship with the next available batch; approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
- Change-of-mind requests are not eligible once a batch has been locked and ordered from suppliers.
Raffle Draw Mechanics
- Earn 1 raffle entry for every ₱8,000 in cumulative paid orders across batches.
- Entries and unique raffle IDs appear automatically in your member dashboard.
- Winners are drawn at the close of each batch and posted publicly on the Announcements page.
- Prizes are shipped together with the next batch or claimed as directed in the announcement.
Referral Reward Mechanics
- Every member gets a unique referral code inside their dashboard.
- When a referred friend completes their first paid order, both of you earn referral perks.
- Referral awardees are recognized publicly on the Announcements page each batch.
- Rewards are credited as loyalty points or vouchers, redeemable in the points store.
Shipping
- Free shipping nationwide on all group-buy orders.
- International shipping is available on request — contact us for a quote.
- Tracking numbers are sent automatically via your registered channel (SMS or email) once your order ships.
